Upon termination, access to services ends immediately. Remaining subscription balances are not refundable unless covered under our refund policy.

Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
Our total liability is limited to the fees you’ve paid in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration located in Delray Beach, FL, and you waive any right to a trial by jury or class action suit. This section survives termination of the agreement.
